Dreamboats and Petticoats: Based on popular songs from the fifties and early sixties, Dreamboats and Petticoats was written by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran and first performed in 2009.
A relatively new musical, well over a million people have been reported to have seen the show, which received excellent reviews. The musical was written with inspiration from the Dreamboats and Petticoats compilation CD with an energetic storyline of young musicians vying to win a national song writing competition.
