The European Society for Pediatric Dermatology (ESPD) is a professional, independent and non-profit scientific society and holds an internat
Dear colleagues,On behalf of the ESPD and the British Society for Paediatric Dermatology it is a great pleasure for me to Chair the Organising Committee of the 18th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Pediatric Dermatology (ESPD 2018), which will be held on the 7-9th of June 2018 in London, United Kingdom.
The scientific programme is very exciting, with worldwide expertise in both the chairs and speakers selected. The meeting will feature two parallel sessions breaking for six plenary Keynote Lectures.
London is a vibrant, multicultural City. The meeting will take place in The Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, situated in the centre of London in the shadow of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. A welcome reception will take place on the first evening in the conference centre, to which all delegates are invited to network, catch up with old friends, and make some new ones.
ESPD 2018 will also see the launch of the ESPD mentorship scheme, in which all ESPD members will be eligible to sign up for a one hour one-to-one session of mentorship from a senior member of the society. With this new scheme we hope to make it easier for everyone interested in a career in Paediatric Dermatology to get good career’s advice relevant to their stage of training.
