Hashtagfolk (#folk)

Bar Music Hall, Wednesday, 29 February 2012 - Thursday, 01 March 2012

Hashtagfolk (#folk): Folk Music has been defined in several ways: as music transmitted by mouth, as music by unknown composers and music of the past which is embraced today. HashTagFolk (#Folk) takes on board this definition by presenting the best in emerging live singers and bands, unknown talent and a celebration of old style sounds with DJs spinning vintage vinyl favourites.

Throw in some stalls offering home-made arts and crafts, cakes and vintage fashion and you have a wide selection of creative folk offering up their eclectic talent celebrating all things old & new every third Friday at the Bar Music Hall. Maud In Cahoots (headline) http://maudincahoots.com/data/
