Resolution 5k Regents Park London: The Resolution 5K is designed to help you turn your New Year's resolution into a reality!
The course at Regent's Park provides the perfect opportunity for novices to try running, walking, or jogging at a friendly open event. For the seasoned runners it's a good warm up for longer distances in the future.
The event is a fun approach to achieving your goals and to get you in the mood and raring to go on the day, we will have a warm up session before the race.
Stroke is the UK's third biggest killer and the leading cause of adult disability. By signing up for Resolution 5K, taking regular exercise and following a healthier lifestyle, you will be reducing your own chances of having a stroke in the future.
Resolution is an opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness for those affected by stroke.
Entry is just £10 and there is no set sponsorship target, we just ask you to raise as much as you can!
The registration fee covers the cost of organising the event, the sponsorship money is used to help all those affected by stroke.
