ACCELERATING DIFFERENCE: How to get more women into leadership and increase productivity

- Increase the number of women in leadership
- Develop a more inclusive culture
- Ultimately leading to a more productive and profitable organisation.
Who's it for?
Male and female senior leaders, HR Directors, Equality and Diversity leads, OD and Learning and Development Directors, from public and private sector organisations, together with existing The Glass Lift Members.
Participants will:
Explore and develop strategies and solutions to accelerate talented women to reach their career potential and senior roles. Be informed and inspired to lead change and create a diverse and inclusive culture. Share best practice and knowledge with other influential people and change agents who are committed to increasing equality and diversity in leadership.
Evening speaker:
The day masterclass will be followed by an opportunity for informal networking and discussion with The Glass Lift team, ELEVATE Members and our guest speaker. Starting at 5.30pm the early evening session will finish at 7.00pm.
Follow up two-hour consultation included:
As part of this masterclass delegates will have the opportunity to book a follow-up session of up to two hours with members of The Glass Lift team, who will support you in the development of your strategic approach. This session may be held at your office up to three months after the workshop date and can involve other members of your organisation.
