Everybody cut loose because the hit musical Footloose is dancing into Weymouth this Easter staged by the celebrated performers
Based on the 1984 hit film starring Kevin Bacon, Footloose sizzles with spirit and fun and features classic 80s hits, including 'Holding Out for a Hero', 'Almost Paradise', 'Let's Hear It For The Boy' and, of course, the unforgettable title track 'Footloose'. It tells the story of city boy Ren who has to move from Chicago to a small rural backwater where dancing and rock music are banned.
The show is professionally directed and choreographed by Martine Burt whose shows with WOW have won eight regional awards, including for Outstanding Choreography twice, as well as Best Youth Production in the Southwest.
