World Harmony Orchestra perform with Islington Centre Refugee Choir; a stunning insight into the experiences of London's migrant communities
The acclaimed World Harmony Orchestra will perform a programme of music and songs with the Islington Centre Refugee Choir.
Lyrics have been inspired by art and writing workshops with refugees from Islington, and written by poet Sita Brahmachari. Music is written by Romain Malan, who will be conducting the evening.
Doors open at 6.30pm when drinks will be on sale, an exhibition of art and photographs will be displayed and you can learn more about the work of two London-based organisations that support refugees.
7pm - 8.10pm - the acclaimed World Harmony Orchestra
8.10pm - 9.15pm - exhibition viewing and drinks on sale
All profits will go to the Islington Centre for Refugees and Migrants, and Young Roots.
