Hosted by Richard McClean, Chair, Railway Division, the luncheon is the principal event in the rail calendar and as such, places are limited. The keynote speech will be given by The Rt. Hon the Lord Adonis, Former Chair, National Infrastructure Commission and Former Transport Secretary.
