The LNER Wellness Train will provide customers travelling between London King's Cross and Lincoln with a unique experience to engage in some of the most mindful activities you can do from the comfort of your own seat onboard the LNER Azuma service
Research shows 53% of people enjoy travelling by train because it provides them with an opportunity to unwind and relax, so to celebrate this LNER is offering an exclusive train service dedicated to supporting mindful and wellbeing activities onboard
Customers onboard the 08:06 London King's Cross to Lincoln service on Saturday 7th May 2022 will be able to enjoy one of the following activities:
- Fitness and Wellbeing Q and A with mind coach James Middleton
- Knit a pair of hand warmers with Wool Winders
- Macrame wall hanging creation with Restoration LDN
- Adult doodling for mindfulness
- Mindfulness and Meditation - unwind with The Now Project
- Games and Puzzles - switch off for fun challenges onboard
- Origami - the art of paper folding with Origami Party London
Those joining the LNER Wellness Train Experience will be able to select from a bespoke menu provided by the expert LNER catering team, along with a hand-picked goody bag
Customers will also be able to board at Peterborough for a select number of the activitiesCustomers will be sent their boarding ticket and seat reservation in advance of the eventTickets are for a day return to Lincoln, with the wellbeing activities taking place on the outbound journeyCustomers will join the 15:24 LNER service for their return journey and are encouraged to book a seat reservation to travel in comfort
Spaces are limited and customers are advised to book early to avoid disappointment
