In this eight-week course, lecturer, workshopper and writer Alex Davis will be taking you through the key elements of successfully completing a novel. With a look at both the creative and practical aspects of working through a substantial writing project, this course is perfect for anyone who’s always wanted to write a novel but never felt sure where to begin, or anyone just starting out on a novel for the first time.

Week four – the difficult second stage
Week five – practical approaches to writing
