Transcendental Meditation Talk: Join us for a free introductory talk with the opportunity to sign up to learn Transcendental Meditation over the weekend of Saturday 18th September.

What is Transcendental Meditation?

A simple, natural technique, practised twice a day for 20 minutes to unfold your full creative potential.
