Some people find the experience simply ‘relaxing’ as it is a very beautiful way to crowd out the mental space we usually use to ruminate and worryOthers find the experience more profoundly moving, particularly if they already have some kind of yoga or meditation practice
Regular work with specific gongs can act as a catalyst for transformation at many levels; from deep subconscious empowerment and the lifting of burdens/blockages, to generating a more positive attitude towards practical everyday life and inspiring creativity........Some even find the experience life changing!
Most people choose to experience the gongs lying flat on the floorSo please bring your own nice, comfy, yoga mat or equivaltent to lie onAlso a pillow for your head and a light blanket to keep your body warm as you deeply relaxIf you want to experience the event in full darkness then you might like to bring along an eye mask as well (the kind of thing you use on a long haul flight etc.)
If you are going to come along to this event space is limited and demand can be very high, so we STRONGLY advise that you to book here in advanceIf the event is not full we will take admission at the door up to 9.50 a.mLATESTPrice at the door will be £15.00 per person - cash only
Please also note that this event will start at 10.00 a.mPROMPT and out of respect for other participants once it has started and the doors are closed, no further access will be given to the space until the session has finishedTo avoid dissapointment please therefore ensure that you arrive on time!
