A massive man-made island, sitting a mile offshore from Portsmouth Harbour, Spitbank Fort is one of the most unusual military buildings ever constructed and one of the most unique venues to be found anywhere.
During June, July and August you can visit the spectacular Spitbank Fort on Sunday afternoons and explore this massive man made island, built in the sea, one mile from Portsmouth Harbour.
It is one of the most unusual military buildings ever built, with over 50 interesting rooms to excite the imagination.
