An 8-week Introduction to Tai Chi programme for those with no previous experience.
This will run for 8 weeks and includes the history, principles and practice of Yang style Tai Chi. No previous experience is needed but you will have to sign up in advance to ensure your place on the programme.
All classes are taught by an experienced professional instructor.
