"A ram-jam barrage of 50s rock'n' roll mania, shot through with punk venom, 'All Cranked Up' is one of the most energising things you'll hear all year" - Classic Rock Mag

Following a sold-out show at London's The Lexington, which saw fans queuing round the block to get in, His Lordship, the new project from guitarist James Walbourne (The Pretenders, The Pogues, The Rails) and Kristoffer Sonne (Chrissie Hynde, Willie Nelson) have announced their debut EP of original material 'All Cranked Up', and release the title track with its brilliant accompanying video, directed by Nadia Marquard Otzen and starring Thea Carla Schøtt, out now: https://li.sten.to/hlallcrankedup
The 'All Cranked Up' EP is a 6 -track collection that epitomises the ups and downs of the last 2 yearsAn explosion of energy and frustration, it is the sound of Walbourne fully unleashed as a frontmanThe EP also arrives with artwork by legendary photographer Red Saunders, one of the founders of the Rock Against Racism movement in the mid 70s
Speaking about the single, His Lordship says;
"It's 5amAll cranked up with nowhere to goHere we are againJerry Lee Lewis and Iggy Pop wrestling in the hallwayEnglebert Humperdink trying to break things upLittle Richard swinging on a chandelier, laughingThrough the haze I get up to make a cup of tea and trip on an overflowing ashtrayThe music is loud, the options are fewI'm all cranked up with nowhere to go."
Having already made an indelible mark on London's live scene with their furious combination of raging guitar and perverted drums, the duo are also set to embark on a UK tour in July 2022, guaranteed to be the hottest tickets in town and absolutely not to be missed
