MGMT: American psychedelic rock band MGMT are from New York and have been performing together since 2005.
Band members are Andrew Van Wyngarden, Ben Goldwasser, James Richardson, Matt Asti and Will Berman.
NME named their debut album 'Oracular Spectacular' 'Album of the Year' in 2008.
It reached #12 in the UK charts.
Their second album 'Congratulations' was released in 2010 and they also received a Grammy nomination for 'Best New Artist'.
