In each session you will experience:
Part 1:
Dance Movement - 20 minutes
Total Body Conditioning - 20 minutes
Contemporary Stretch - 20 minutes
Break - 15 minutes
Part 2:
Tapping and Breathwork - 20 minutes
Hatha Yoga - 20 minutes
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) - 20 minutes
Charitable donations are kindly acceptedHalf the funds raised will go back into the Centre and half will go to Ukraine aid
