One of the most eagerly anticipated events of the year as the Blackpool Comes to Oldham Fun Park returns for the half term holidays.
Opening from Friday, February 17 the annual event is set to be one of the most spectacular yet with over 25 thrilling rides and attractions! As always there’s also entertainment undercover too with the mini beach in an air-conditioned marquee so even if it is a little chilly outside, children can build the perfect sandcastle or Mum and Dad can sit back and relax with a hot drink coffee and cake while the thrill seekers head outside to sample an amazing array of attractions.
And this year the rides which will dominate the skyline already are more spectacular than ever and great value too especially with all prices being held once again with an unlimited ride wristband, starting at just £5.99. And new for 2017 we've take our much-loved King Swing, given it some awesome somersaulting seats and then made the whole thing turn through a full 360° loop. Are you ready to go over the top on NO LIMITS?"
Blackpool Comes to Oldham wouldn’t be the same without it’s iconic Giant Wheel which is back once again this year standing at 35 metres and the attraction will offer some amazing views for miles, while there is also the thrilling Superbowl, a dazzling-lit platform which takes riders skywards spinning 360 degrees in their own Superbowl cars as well as the Snow Storm which simulates a high speed Bob Sleigh run. It’s not just about the thrill rides though there are lots of attractions for the families too with a giant family Roller Coaster, the Dodgems, Miami Trip and the Twister as well as for the really small kids plenty of rides including the Race-o-Rama ride, Carousel and Balloon Ride.
Thursday’s are sure to be popular with your mates as they are ‘Bring a Friend Day’s - basically one person buy’s a wristband and their friend comes in Free with a voucher available from shops or by download on the blackpoolcomesto website!
