Funhouse Comedy Club returns to Melbourne Sporting Partnership, on Friday February 2nd for a laughter packed night
Topping the bill is the hilarious Jonny Awsum, who appeared on ITV's Britain's Got Talent 2017 and cajoled Ant and Dec into joining his audition and has supported Jason Manford on his arena tourStarting out as barman at The Chuckle Club for eight years he then decided to take to the stageWith his guitar and musical parodies he amuses his audiences charming them with his warm and friendly persona, his style of audience participation is second to noneHe has presented for Sky Sports, been warm up act for Big Brother and Loose Women and also starred in several adverts including Cravendale, The Post Office, Experian and even Puntigamer beer in Austria.; his friendly style mixed with his hilarious story telling leaves everyone wanting for more
Opening the night will be the appealing and gripping writer and comedian Eddy BrimsonKnown as a 'geezer' he is one of the most entertaining comedians on the circuitHaving made many TV appearances including Eastenders, Absolutely Fabulous, The Thin Blue and Casualty, he has also featured in TV adverts such as Snickers and Bacardi BreezerTravelling all over the world as a stand-up he once even did a gig naked!
Completing the line-up is Jules O'Brian, shortlisted for Funny Women 2021, she enjoys telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating all done with a twinkle in her eye
Compere for the night will be the very funny and highly talented Patrick Draper, who took the comedy world by storm after winning a string of new act competitions, with his deadpan delivery, witty one-liners, killer punch lines and ridiculous short stories
