New Beginners' Introduction to Tai Chi Sports

Berkshire Tai Chi is offering a new class for absolute Beginners at the St. Nicolas Centre in Sutcliffe Avenue (RG6 7JN). Sessions start on Monday, 2nd January 2023, and run from 7 pm until 8 pm each week. You’ll be introduced to traditional Chen family Tai Chi, the original family style, which first appeared some 350 years ago.

No previous experience is needed but you will have to sign up in advance.
