Pavement: American rock band 'Pavement' broke into the mainstream with their single 'Cut Your Hair' in 1994.
They have always been signed to independent labels and have released 5 albums over ten years.
They disbanded in 1999 and reformed in 2009.
They embarked on a reunion tour in 2010.
Their latest album release was back in 1999 and was titled 'Twilight'.
Band members are Stephen Malkmus, Bob Nastanovich, Scott Kannberg, Steve West and Mark Ibold.
