Routines are inspired by a number of different dance styles which include
80 style - Funky Aerobics - Dance - Pump it up - 60s - Musical - Latin - Salsa - Zumba - Street plus many more with a special funky twist!
Plus some fun standing toning that will tone those flabby bits by using those legs and twisting tho stomachs to get a sexy result
