Harmony, love, happiness and well-being are the essence of the female existence. However, the energy toxins left from hurt and unexpressed emotions and stress, can block the feminine expression.

When our energy “freezes” or gets blocked it affects how we think, feel and act. In turn, we may feel drained, anxious and tense. Being “disconnected” can cause discomfort and lead us to making the wrong decisions.

On the other hand, when energy is flowing freely, we feel more energized, alert, healthy and emotionally balanced. We feel more connected with ourselves and the world around us. By getting to understand our emotional energy (the deeper nature), we can then be able to receive clearer information, which in turns helps us to make better choices and decisions. The key is to free our busy mind from worries and anxiety, awaken our consciousness and increase our awareness.

The intention of this energy workshop is to begin to access the deeper nature of the feminine, the inner healer, by learning the tools for growth and support, leading to more empowerment, grace and wisdom.

This is an introductory taster session for you to experience the philosophy and power of embracing the divine feminine through having a direct experience to the source.

You’ll be shown how to access the untapped resources, activate the flow of Chi (energy) through every cell in the body and manage it better.

The exercises for activating and cultivating Chi energy can be learnt through breathing (BREATH) techniques, aligning posture (QUI GONG) for freedom of spirit, MEDITATION through movement, PHILOSOPHY through communication.
