Nike Dance Clash: Come and see the capital's hottest street dancers battle it out for the chance to win an athlete contract with Nike.
Nike Dance Clash will unearth the best female urban dancer in London . It is an opportunity for Londoners to see performances from the best dance talent in the capital as they show off their moves before a judging panel which comprises some of the world's most elite urban dance professionals, including;
Choreographer, Luther Brown - renowned for working with Brandy, Alicia Keys, Kelis and currently working with P Diddy.
Professional dancer and Nike athlete Sofia Boutella - famous for her contortionist-style dancing in Madonna's 'Hung Up' video and on her 'Confessions' tour.
Kenrick 'H2O' Sandy - Co-founder Boy Blue Entertainment
London-based dancer Kymberlee Jay will MC the event and the evening will also see exclusive performances from Sofia Boutella, Kenrick 'H2O' Sandy and Boy Blue .
Spectators can watch the 44 finalists be whittled down until the semi-finals when dancers will go head to head in the final dance off.
The ultimate winner of Nike Dance Clash will secure an exclusive 12-month athlete contract with Nike which will support their dance career. Current Nike Dance athletes include Sofia Boutella and Kymberlee Jay who starred in Nike's 'Tell Me I'm Not An Athlete' TV campaign.
The Nike Dance Clash final will be held at Cirque, Leicester Square (formerly called The Hippodrome) on Friday 17 August 2007, Doors open: 6.15 for a 7pm start.
Spectator tickets are free but numbers are limited. To reserve a seat at the final, collect a ticket from Niketown London from Friday 10 August.
