Victoria and Albert Museum: V&A South Kensington is the worlds greatest museum of art and design, with collections unrivalled in their scope and diversity. Discover 3000 years worth of amazing artefacts from many of the worlds richest cultures including ceramics, furniture, fashion, glass, jewellery, metalwork, photographs, sculpture, textiles and paintings.

The new Architecture gallery introduces visitors to different ways of looking at buildings that will make their experience of architecture more interesting and rewarding. It includes a rich mix of models, drawings and designs, and fragments from buildings as well as photographs, samples of materials and even audio commentaries about buildings.

The Sculpture gallery is devoted to the making of Sculpture. It charts the creative process from the first idea through all the intermediate stages to the finished object. The pieces have been selected to illustrate the rich diversity of materials and wide variety of techniques that sculptors have used

The new gallery of European Silver from 1400 to 1800 contains more than 500 outstanding silver and gold objects from medieval times to the Napoleonic era. Rare pieces include the medieval Merode Cup and the reliquary of Saint Sebastian, the oldest surviving figurative reliquary in the country. The objects on display come from throughout Europe including Scandinavia, Portugal, Italy, Germany, Spain and France.
