Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum

Wimbledon, London, Greater London, SW195AE

Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum: Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum offers a glimpse of how the original medieval real tennis, has now become a multi-million dollar professional sport, played all over the world.

In the special exhibition area, the costume gallery charts some of the radical changes that have occurred in just over a century to tennis clothes for women over the past 120 years. In the childrens corner, younger visitors can see objects from the collections made especially with them in mind.

The Museum shop sells a wide range of Wimbledon leisurewear, gifts, videos and books. During The Championships, as well as the Shop within the Museum there are the Tea Lawn Shop, satellite shop and postcard outlet.

The Museum is open during The Championships from 10.30 a.m. - 8.00 p.m. (or close of play if earlier).
