Bikram Yoga: Bikram Yoga Soho has an array of stunning features specially designed to make your experience the best it can possibly be, from the spacious changing rooms and large chill out area, specially imported Hypoallergenic studio flooring, to the high tech clean air heating system that keeps the oxygen level in the studio at the optimum level for comfortable yoga practice. In short, no corners have been cut in creating the ultimate Bikram Yoga studio.

Bikram Yoga is a style of yoga developed by Bikram Choudhury who is one of the pre-eminent yoga masters living today. The Bikram yoga instructor guides the class through a series of 26 postures that progressively works every muscle, organ, ligament and joint in your body, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, resulting in incredible benefits such as improved posture, muscle & joint mobility, concentration, boosts energy and overall rejuvenation. The studio is heated to 105F to help loosen the joints and improve the elasticity of the muscles, which allows for safer and deeper stretching and also promotes sweating, resulting in an amazing detoxification. This might sound like hard work but once you finish the 90-minute class you will be signing up for the next.
