Liverpool Conservation Centre: The Conservation Centre is a unique venue where you can find out how we care for our collections. Everything from Roman sculptures to Cold War spacesuits come here to be preserved and restored. You can learn all about the conservators arts through fascinating displays and interactive activities, tours and video links.
Here at the Conservation Centre we care for all of the National Museums Liverpool collections. There are over a million objects either on display or in storage. These range from tiny natural history specimens such as mounted humming birds right through to space rockets and steam engines.
