Sea Life Aquarium and Marine Sanctuary: Welcome to the Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary, inside you will find an amazing variety of animals from Otters and Penguins, to a full Seal rescue facility and hospital. Among the rich diversity of life in the displays are Sharks, Seahorses and Rays.
At the Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary in Norfolk you will see Otters, Penguins and more than 30 permanent displays all showcasing the rich diversity of life under the waves. We also provide a safe haven for more than 30 sick, injured or orphaned seal pups which are annually cared for at the Sanctuary.
The oceans cover two thirds of our planet, yet mankind is only starting to explore the world beneath the waves. By recreating natural habitats, the Hunstanton Sea Life Sanctuary renders this amazing underwater kingdom available for all to experience.
With ever increasing pressure on our oceans, life as a sea creature can be pretty tough. From hostile rock pool environments to hazards such as man-made pollution, our talks and feeding demonstrations explain how species survive, adapt and flourish in even the harshest conditions. .
