Kings Lynn Arts Centre: This ancient building, with its present day frontage onto King Street, within a few yards of the Tuesday Market Place can easily be passed unnoticed by those who are unaware of its origins and historic interest. Just behind the brick faade stands the largest and oldest medieval building of its kind in England.
The Arts Centre is an intimate venue hosting a wide programme of comedy, drama, music, dance,cinema, and visual arts. Housed in the 15th century Guildhall of St George, one of Englands oldest surviving Guildhalls, the Centre brings this historic building to life with its varied range of presentations in the main auditorium.
