Roger Hickmans Restaurant is a fine dining establishment serving modern British food. Roger, the former head chef at Adlards on Upper St. Giles, has taken over the restaurant, now called Roger Hickmans.
Alison Luiz-Gomez talks about the brilliant wines she makes in Portugals Alentejo region, these are fantastic wines and Alison is passionate about what she does so it promises to be a great evening. Alison uses a mixture of local varieties like Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, as well as international ones such as Petit Verdot, Syrah and Merlot.
