ATP Health and Fitness run Group Fitness Classes at the Hellesdon High School Gym every Saturday at 09:30, suited for all ages and levels of fitness, classes are designed for weight loss, toning and improving fitness/wellbeing.
A fun and friendly atmosphere, make new friends and get fit at the same time.
