Five Rhythms Ecstatic Dance

St Thomas Church Hall, Norwich, Norfolk, NR14PH

Five Rhythms Ecstatic Dance: Creative improvised movement for body, heart and soul. 5 rhythms (TM) Dance is a simple movement practice created by Gabrielle Roth to release the dancer that lives in every body - no matter what shape, size, age, limitation and experience. It is a relaxing, releasing workout for mind, body and Spirit.

Let go of your mind and let your body take you into your wildness, your tenderness, your joy- with yourself, with others. Come home to the ground of your being.

A friendly welcome awaits you, why not come along for a look? Somewhere in you the dancer is waiting, waiting to be recognised and given life in movment. All you need is yourself and your willingness to move and let the music touch you.

Group runs every Tuesday evening, with teacher Tim Broughton. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we are all ready to begin at 7.30pm. Wear clothing comfortable to dance in and bring an open mind!
