Tibetan Buddhism Dzogchen Rinpoche: Why the Mind Experiences Hope and Doubt

Often we hope for permanence in situations where we should accept the inevitability of change and loss. We are encouraged to doubt what we can actually rely on and have faith in. Hope and doubt are two of the three emotions that create instability in our trust and inner-confidence. During this public talk Dzogchen Rinpoche will explain why we are constantly fooled by our emotions and that only when we learn how not to take them too seriously, can we experience genuine happiness and peace.
