Shop and Rock 2012: Shop and Rock is a day-to-evening charity festival that celebrates independent fashion and up-and-coming music.

During the day expect a catwalk, raffle, local vintage and retro clothing stalls, individual retailers and eco fashion pioneers. The evening then showcases the best of local bands and there are rumours of comedy acts too The bar will be open throughout the day with its usual affordable prices and there's even a starbucks!

All money raised will be donated to the British Red Cross (redcross.org.uk)

Date : Sunday 19th February

Location: Reds Bar (2nd floor of Northumbria Students Union)

Price: £3 day/night and £5 all day and all of the night (pay on the door)

Details:

Day event: 11am - Shopping begins! / 2.30pm - Catwalk followed by the raffle

Night event: 7.30pm - Live music and more...
