Scissor Sisters: On the rock scene since 2001, the 'Scissor Sisters' have a huge fan base including celebs such as U2's Bono.

Their name is thought to have been inspired by the more seedy side of New York's night life and although they are based in the US, their popularity in Britain has led them to call the UK 'their spiritual home', The band's debut album was released in 2004 and they became loved for singles such as 'Take Your Mama', 'Laura' and 'Filthy/Gorgeous'.

Their second album 'Ta-Dah' was released in 2006 and their third 'Night work' in 2010.
