Join science presenter extraordinaire Fran Scott for a super speed theatre show exploring how to make a racing car.
In this family-friendly, interactive stage show together we'll delve into the processes and people it takes to build these feats of engineering with Ri favourite Fran Scott. Throughout the show, you- the audience- will have the power to choose how this car is made. Fuelled with fantastic demonstrations, we'll look under the bonnet of cars; studying their shapes, monitoring their materials and examining their engines, making our perfect car (and an awful lots of mess) along the way. Are you ready to join the Formula 1 Amateur Racing Team?Copies of Fran's latest book 'How to Build a Racing Car' will be available to purchase after the talk.
This event is particularly suitable for ages 7+. As with all our family theatre talks, this event is designed to be enjoyed by adults and children together. All young people under the age of 13 need to be accompanied by a paying adult and those aged 4 and above need a ticket to attend.
