It's unusual but challenging .
First the footrace over an 8 mile mixed terrain
course which includes some interesting uphill sections and wet areas.
Then the Mountain Bike section about 12 miles in length and again includes some Wet and muddy parts plus some hills all through some delightful scenery.
Finally the 60 yds Bogsnorkel , no hills included in this section but it is wet.
Cost of entry £15.00 each for Seniors .
£12.00 for juniors 14-17 yrs of age
There is also a bite size option for the less experienced which costs £12.00 each .
Medals for all those who complete the course and trophies for winners.
