Indian Cooking Lesson - Starter SpecialDuring your cooking lesson, you will begin to develop an understanding of spices, their complex flavours and the way in which they are used. You will then follow on to prepare a number of Indian starter dishes to include Onion Bhajes, Kebabs and Raita, in a hands on, practical lesson.
All the lessons include recipes, ingredients and goodie bags of the dishes they have cooked.
You will be encouraged to taste and create your favourite flavours in a relaxed atmosphere.
