Book onto a Greek language session for beginners at the Roman Baths.
By the end of the day students will be able to read the Greek alphabet and recognise the Greek origins of many English words. We'll begin learning how the Greek language is structured. We'll also discuss the history of the Greek language and its relationship with English, and look at some examples illustrating the variety of Greek literature and its influence on European thought. Materials and tea and coffee will be supplied on the day.
