Alton Towers

Alton Towers, Saturday, 27 March 2004 - Thursday, 31 December 2020

Alton Towers: Alton Towers is probably the largest and best known theme park in the UK. Home to Nemesis, Oblivion, Corkscres and Air rides, the park is set in over 500 acres of beautiful gardens. The new ride for 2005 is Rita, Queen of Speed, which throws you around the track at an incredible G Force of 4.7. If it's white knuckle ride you're after or more gentle rides for the younger children, the action never stops at Alton Towers.

Also available is the Alton Towers Waterpark. All the thrills of the ocean river and beach at Cariba Creek, a massive indoor lagoon, with slides, water cannons, volcanic springs and much much more. Relax on Lazy River, ride Master Blaster or relax in Bubbly Wubbly Pool.

Alton Towers is open from 12th March to 30th October during 2005, and the admission price of £28 (children £21) covers all the rides in the park, which opens daily from 9.30am. Please note that certain rides have height and age restrictions, which can be found at each ride entrance.
