Derek Acorah: A successful British medium and enthusiast for all things 'paranormal', Derek Acorah currently enjoys his own show on Sky Real Lives and is known for his (sometimes controversial) role on 'Most Haunted'.

Inspired to look beyond the grave by a visitation from a grandfather that passed away before he was born, Derek Acorah is often parodied by the likes of Peter Kay/Dawn French/Hugh Laurie who have all invented comedy characters with many similarities to him.

He has published 10 books between 2003-2010.
