Yoga and Meditation: Have you been thinking about joining a Yoga class and never got round to it? DO IT NOW!!!

You will be in the safe hands of Michele 'Yoga Doctor' Dornan who has over 30 years experience of Yoga and has been teaching for over 10 years.

Yoga can help improve mobility, strength, flexibility and muscle tone. You will improve your 'Core Stability' which helps to maintain your lower back preventing injury.

You will also learn how to breath correctly and make use of the breath to still the 'chattering monkey mind' of anxiety and worry. Best of all you will take part in Guided Relaxation and Meditation, allowing you to remove yourself from the Daily Grind giving you time to find peace and tranquillity.

Each lesson is structured begining with a focus on the breath followed by a smooth, flowing sequence of Yoga postures using three styles of Yoga........Ashtanga for Power........ Hatha for Stretch.........Sivinanda for Breath. the lesson finishes with either a guided Meditation or Relaxation.

Mats are provided free of charge for the first six weeks.

Yoga equipment and Meditation and Relaxation cds can also be purchased.

Booking is Essential for this class
