Focused upon domestic country house life in 1917, at the start of the fourth year of the Great War & also WW11 & live res-enactmenmts.
The 'Family' in the Hall will be entertaining their guests, tended to by their butler and footman. The cooks will be busy in the kitchen, and the other staff in the House. The local representative of the nursing VAD will be looking to recruit volunteers and the Army Chaplain and the Army Dentist will be keeping an eye on your morals and your molars. A detachment of the Army Service Corps have also arrived and set up their stores. If weather permits, there may even be a game or two of lawn bowls, or some cricket after luncheon.
All is set in the year 1917 - see how the Hall and the village responded to the dramatic changes brought by The Great War.
