Godstone Farm: A fun day out for children - a free day out for adults (one per paying child). All the farm animals are here, cows pigs, sheep, goats and lots of different poultry, as well as an assortment of rabbits, guinea pigs, chipmunks, donkeys and ponies.
Small chicks, rabbits and pigs are born all year round, with lambs arriving in the spring and goats having kids all summer long.
Everywhere on the farm are attractive notices with all sorts of interesting information and facts about the animals. It makes learning fun!
The walk around the farm takes in two poinds with their resident ducks and moorhens. On the way you can ford the stream and negotiate the willow tunnel, then follow the stream along the nature trail.
The spinning room has displays about sheep and wool, and at busy times has people spinning away at their wheels. The bee room has lots of honey information and a glass sided hive during the summer months. .
