To celebrate, Surrey History Centre is delighted to welcome a special Olympics display by the Woking based Hockey Museum.Hockey has been in the Olympics for over 100 years and many of the Olympic players have links to Surrey. This display will showcase some of the amazing Olympic artefacts from their collection including 1908 gold, 1948 silver and 2012 bronze medals won by Surrey men and women.
The Hockey Museum is hosting an exclusive preview event to launch the display on Tuesday 2 August, 6pm - 7.30pm at Surrey History Centre. If you would like to attend please contact The Hockey Museum - [email protected] or phone 07718 385804.
