Back in Brighton on Friday 15th October at Patterns, Craig Charles (BBC Radio 6, Red Dwarf) returns revered with his Funk & Soul Club. Pulling from his vast back catalogue of records, which range from lubricious Soul to gyrating Funk, Craig Charles has a trained ear for the peachiest grooves out there. As he segways between antique and modern takes on his Funk & Soul, he continues to cement himself as a firm club and festival favorite, not to be missed.

Mr Thing is with us - formerly of the UK's formidable Hip Hop DJ collective Scratch Perverts. Now flying solo he rocks parties across the globe seamlessly melting Electro, Hip Hop, Funk and more into club bangers. He was awarded the title of DMC UK Champion in 2000 and has performed and toured alongside Jazzy Jeff, Beastie Boys, Run DMC, KRS One and Jehst. He is responsible for some seriously bouncy mixtapes & for a string of BBE released compilations, including the creatively titled "STRANGE BREAKS & MR THING" and of course the rightly titled "KINGS OF HIP HOP" with DJ Premier.

A long-time performer for the Craig Charles Funk & Soul Club, Brighton resident Ewan Hoozami is an expert when it comes to Funk/ Hip Hop / Soul and Disco fusions. His latest offering, The Indigo Skyfold, released in conjunction with Dopedemand has recently been receiving ample airplay from BBC Radio 6. He is fond of a flavoursome tune and has stocked up a heap of Funk, Soul & Hip Hop mash-ups to keep you all entertained tonight!

Sir Funk is back on the block, spicing the evening up to the right temperature with an unstoppable collection of feel-good Funk, Soul and Disco classics.
Brighton FM's J-Felix is also on hand with a delicious helping of floor-fillers. Fresh from playing Soundwave's main stage in August, you can bet your bottom dollar that this man's name is gonna keep climbing towards big headline slots.
