FIRST FEARS serves up a feast of sessions for aspiring horror writers, with six guest workshops alongside optional feedback sessions, written feedback and one-to-ones.

Week One: Tim Major – Planning and Writing a Novel
Week Two: Georgina Bruce – Writing Horror Short Stories
Week Three: Rhiannon Ward – Atmosphere and Location
Week Four: James Brogden – Writing Dark Fantasy
Week Five: Tracy Fahey – Writing Folk Horror Stories
Week Six: Simon Bestwick – subject TBC
All six guest workshops are included in the silver package for the weekend.
The gold package all six guest workshops plus the six Thursday night feedback sessions.
The gold plus package all workshops and feedback sessions plus feedback on up to 20k words of your fiction.
The platinum package includes all workshops and feedback session, feedback on 20k words of writing and two one-to-one sessions.
All feedback sessions, written feedback and one-to-ones will be provided by Creative Writing Lecturer, tutor and writer Alex Davis.
