Broadway Sound Live Music & Concerts

A magical summer street party atmosphere is created, 15 performances including Jazz, Folk, Rock, Classical, Pop and Blues

Due to public demand Tim French as bought back Broadway Sound for Sunday 27th August. Music enthusiasts will be welcomed to The Broadway for this unique It’s Magic street music festivals. So support this event – tickets will go fast £9 (£12 on the day).

A festival atmosphere is created as the first performer wakes up Broadway at 11am. The Broadway is transformed by closing it to traffic and with two stages placed either end of the street. Locals and visitors from all over the South East have a chance to mingle and enjoy the music. You won’t find lazy, Sunday summer grooves at Broadway Sound. Expect an eclectic mix of high energy ‘keep you on the move’ music, delivered back-to-back from either end of the street.

The event is a family-friendly community festival aimed at people of all ages to support local talent. There will be bands, singers and musicians performing a mix of genres including classical, folk, pop, jazz & country. It’s intended as a show for all ages.

A dedicated music event, it’s a festival with a difference. The intimate and relaxed vibe hits you the moment you enter The Broadway. The sound quality is superb with never a dull moment.

A selection of delicious food and drink is served from the bars and restaurants who will spill out onto the street creating a cafe atmosphere. Whilst not listening to music you will be enthralled by entertainers mingling in the street to captivate children and adults alike.

This unique festival attracts good-natured crowds who create an amiable ambience that is hard to leave.
