Take the opportunity to complete the Level 3 Award in First Line Management, awarded by the Chartered Management Institute for just £150. The Level 3 Award in First Line Management provides an introduction to the skills, roles and responsibilities of this management area and provides individuals with an award as hard evidence of their knowledge. It will also develop your basic knowledge by focusing on the development of specific management skills. All you need to do is attend three of the four following compulsory workshop sessions, complete some online learning within CMI's digital portal after the conference and write a 2,500 word assignment within 1 year of attending.
